How applications and payment will work
- 1. Submit your application. Carter Connects reviews it and decides whether to accept.
- 2. If accepted, receive your individual Founding Member Pilot Agreement with your dates completed, alongside the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- 3. Review the cancellation and refund information and complete the required agreement process. If an early start is offered, request it separately and acknowledge its consequences in a separate, optional, unticked choice. We record your choice. Payment alone is not consent to start early.
- 4. Only after acceptance and completion of the required agreement and consent process will Carter Connects send the £97 payment link for your 30 day pilot. It is one payment, not a subscription, and will not renew or convert to the Retainer automatically.
This application does not take payment or confirm acceptance. The current application form records interest only. The payment link is not connected here. Dates, cancellation terms and early start arrangements must be confirmed in your individual agreement before payment. The Terms and Privacy Policy remain drafts awaiting solicitor review.

This payment link is sent only after your application has been accepted and your individual Founding Member Pilot Agreement is complete. Check that the start and end dates in your Agreement are correct.
The fee is £97 as a single payment for that 30-day period. There is no automatic renewal or conversion to the Retainer.

The completed Agreement is sent individually to accepted applicants before payment. Its specific document link will be added to the individual payment journey once the latest Agreement is supplied.
Confirmation after payment
Payment received. Your £97 payment covers the 30-day period in your completed Agreement. This is a one-time payment, with no automatic renewal or conversion to the Retainer. A payment receipt confirms payment; your completed Agreement sets out your pilot dates and terms.
